Lucia Bakaiová quartet

This highly international quartet which is led by the Slovak singer Lucia Bakaiová will delight you with a refreshing repertoire of own compositions and jazz standards. The project was founded during the summer workshop of the Conservatorium van Amsterdam and consists of Marius Giedra (LTU), Seok Yun (KOR) and Tryfon Gkentzis (GRC).
Lucia Bakaiová studied Jazz Singing in the JJK Conservatory under Czech Jazz giants (Milan Svoboda, David Doruzka, Tomas Sykora,…). She started singing Slovak folklore when she was three years old and now plays a wide variety of music styles from jazz, swing, latin to fusion pop.
