VISITOR GUIDELINES
Dear visitors to Vyšehrad,
in order to ensure your safety and enhance your experience, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules while exploring the castle grounds. Thank you in advance for behaving in a considerate manner towards others.
Notice to visitors:
— Please take extra care when moving around on historical paths and stairways
— Do not climb on the top of the ramparts and slopes, do not lean or sit on the castle walls
— Keep the castle grounds clean and tidy, always place your litter in the bins provided
— Keep your dogs on a leash at all times and do not allow them to run free
The following activities are prohibited in the grounds of Vyšehrad National Cultural Monument:
— Walking in the flower beds and bushes
— Damaging and removing plants and disturbing animals
— Riding bicycles, scooters and rollerblading
— Skiing and sledging on the slopes and castle ramparts
— Littering in the park, making excessive noise, camping and sleeping in the park overnight
— Starting and maintaining an open fire and barbecuing food
— Littering and damaging public spaces and amenities
— Organising promotional, advertising and other events without the permission of Vyšehrad National Cultural Monument
