The new music project by acclaimed Czech musician Robert Balzar – AROUND THE BASS – features his original compositions as well as songs by Hana Hegerová, in collaboration with his longtime musical partner, the brilliant pianist Petr Malásek.

The concert repertoire will take listeners on a diverse musical journey, blending pop, soul, chanson, and jazz. Lyrics in Czech, Slovak, and English were contributed by renowned authors Václav Kopta, Zoro Laurinc, Martin Sarvaš, and Silvia Kaščáková.
