Vyšehrad Fencing
The ancient Vyšehrad will welcome a fencing festival within its walls throughout Saturday 31 May, offering a varied programme for visitors of all generations and the whole family. Na své si přijdou milovníci slavných soubojů, dramatických příběhů i vtipných historek. All this has been prepared for you by leading Czech historical fencing groups and the Vyšehrad National Cultural Moniment.
The event will take place on the Summer Stage and will be held in two blocks separated by a break: a morning and an afternoon block.

Pre-sale will start in the second half of April.

Nostra ex - Knightly Tournament
Experience exciting knightly clashes where brave warriors in plate armor, under their family banners, fight for honor, glory, and the favor of the audience. Prepare for relentless duels, unceasing battle frenzy, and dramatic moments where the victors will be celebrated and the defeated will remain in the dust. Who will become the best?
Adorea - Heroes
Step into the world of heroes and witness legendary moments from novels, fairy tales, theater, and films. This fencing-theatrical performance, full of humor, mass action scenes, and stunt performances, will draw you into the story and offer unique interaction with the audience.
SHŠ Rego – Two Robbers
Get ready for a cheerful story of two robbers from the days of silver mining glory in Jáchymov. In period costumes and accompanied by fencing duels, a narrator will guide you through the tale, singing an original robber song. This performance is ideal for all age groups and will be appreciated by small children and four-legged friends.
Bandiere e Spade – Banners and Swords
Let yourself be carried away into the world of street theater inspired by commedia dell’arte. The performances “Banners and Swords” and “Paolo’s Sorrow” will enchant you with fencing duels and a flag show, adding an unforgettable atmosphere to the event.
MERLET – Tournament for the Queen
Come and watch the Gothic knightly tournaments where the best fencers compete for the queen’s favor. Professional duels and an authentic atmosphere will transport you to ancient times and offer you an unforgettable experience.
