A visit of the kasemat´s of Podolí provides a unique opportunity to see the underground corridosrs from the early modern era, which character was radically changed by the conversion to an air-raid shelter due to the circumstances of the Second World War. During the tour you will see for example remnants of the historical wiring or retrofitted chambers in the original massive Baroque masonry. You will also learn why this particular place was used by the Nazis and how the story of the Vyšehrad Riders was imprinted here.
