Accessibility Statement
The Vyšehrad National Cultural Monument is committed to making its website content accessible in accordance with Act No. 99/2019 Coll., on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications and on the amendment of Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on public administration information systems and on amendments to certain other acts, as amended, which implements Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
This accessibility statement applies to the website: www.praha-vysehrad.cz
Compliance Status
This website is partially compliant with Act No. 99/2019 Coll., as amended, due to the non-compliances and exemptions listed below.
Some documents published on the website are received in inaccessible formats (e.g. from other authorities or generated by accounting systems). Although the website operator is required to publish them, they may not meet accessibility standards. Similarly, some older photos or photo albums in the gallery may lack alternative text descriptions. Certain videos embedded directly on the website may not include subtitles. Bringing these elements into full compliance would impose a disproportionate financial burden on the operator, and therefore, under § 7 of Act No. 99/2019 Coll., they are not retroactively adjusted.
Some information is provided in PDF format. To view these documents, you may need Adobe Reader (available for free from Adobe’s website) or an alternative PDF viewer (e.g. Foxit Reader, PDF-XChange Viewer). Most modern browsers can also display PDF files directly. Other documents may be in MS Office or similar formats (.doc, .docx, .odt, .xls, .xlsx, .ods, etc.), which can be opened and edited using common office software (MS Office, LibreOffice, OpenOffice). In some cases, these files may be displayed directly in the browser in an accessible form.
Preparation of This Accessibility Statement
This statement was prepared on September 1, 2025, in accordance with the methodological guidelines of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic.
