Whistleblower Protection

In accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the Protection of Whistleblowers, the Vyšehrad National Cultural Monument has implemented measures to protect individuals who report potential unlawful conduct.

Anyone who becomes aware of possible illegal activity in connection with work or a similar relationship with NKP Vyšehrad may submit a report. This includes employees, volunteers, interns, job applicants, service or construction contractors, etc. This procedure does not apply to visitors.

The designated person responsible for receiving reports, assessing their validity, maintaining records, and conducting investigations is the Director of NKP Vyšehrad. In accordance with the law, you are guaranteed protection from retaliation by the employer, and your report will be investigated with corrective measures taken if necessary.
