The Vyšehrad Summer Stage once again transforms into an arena where courage, humor, and dramatic stories of warriors across the centuries meet. Step into a world where the clash of blades accompanies human passions, and where great history unfolds through small, personal encounters.
Vyšehrad Fencing presents a series of staged performances combining action, historical authenticity, and intelligent wit. You can look forward to thrilling stories from the turn of the 15th and 16th centuries, comedic performances inspired by the 17th century, and classic Gothic‑style knightly tournaments. Each program interweaves authentic combat techniques, elaborate costumes, and dynamic acting energy that draws both children and adults into the action.
